To get to this terminal, also known as Observatory, the easiest form is the Underground (Metro) system. The 'Central de Autobuses del Poniente' is on the pink line (Linea 1) and you get off at the final station going west: Observatorio - as you leave the Metro station take the exit to the left and cross the road to get to the coach station.
