To get to this terminal, also known as TAPO, the easiest form is the Underground (Metro) system. The 'Central del Oriente' is on the pink line (Linea 1), and you get off at Metro San Lázaro, 7 stops before the final station going south, towards 'Pantitlán.'
A further Metro option is Line B, in this case you also get off at Metro San Lázaro, 7 stops before the end going west, towards 'Buenavista.'
